This May New Moon, we will Journey with Gongs and Cacao (optional). I will guide you on a shamanic journey into the lower realms of our spiritual reality to discover, heal and retrieve a soul part you have lost in this lifetime.

Soul loss can occur during our lifetime when we experience trauma. A common example of such traumatic experiences could be being left by a parent, a friend a or partner. Feeling rejected and abandoned a part of our spiritual essence, a soul part, separates and journeys into the lower realm (our inner realm or subconscious) where it feels safe, in a place far away from the trauma.

In Mayan shamanism, the story is told that whilst these lost soul parts reside in the lower realm dimension, they are protected by 'Huasca' the god of the underworld. We are still connected to these soul parts by a thread, but we are unable to access our full potential, power, visionary abilities and creativity. Perhaps feeling a little numb to life, or perhaps making a contract to not allow ourselves to love or trust another person fully again because of our traumatic experience.

Soul retrieval is a shamanic healing practice used by many indigenous cultures and I have trained in many traditions. This Mayan method we will work with lends itself well to working online in ceremony, it is very safe and easy to follow. Yet complex enough to give much clarity and insight into the soul part you are bringing home, how it can help heal your life, and how you will individually evolve because of it.

The gongs and cacao will enhance your shamanic brain in its ability to connect deeply into different levels of awareness, going from Beta consciousness, through to alpha, delta and theta, the day-dream states where we are still awake yet able to vision as if in a dream. To awaken and to see with your shamanic brain what is all around us all the time, yet invisible to most of us with our eyes open. And of course, I will guide you home fully to your body again, so you can integrate the experience and bring home the gifts and wisdom to your everyday reality.
