Drum and Crystal Healing Workshop
A two-day workshop (Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th October 2024)
A 2-day workshop teaching you how to use a shamanic frame drum and crystals for healing and awakening spiritual consciousness.
This workshop will be playful, and experiential. It runs over 2 days 10 am - 4 pm, with a 1 hour lunch break around 12.30 pm - 1.30 pm. I will be holding space for a maximum of 6 participants.
You are welcome to bring your own drum, I am able to provide you with a drum if you need one for the weekend, I offer a choice of ethically sourced animal skin drums or vegan drums to use. Each drum is unique, a personality, a gift to share, these concepts will be discussed during our time together, and we may also include other percussive instruments such as rattles, rain sticks and ocean drums in our training if you are called to explore these healing tools too.
The drum is considered the oldest musical instrument of all. We all have rhythms flowing within us, biological rhythms of our heartbeat, our mind flows in beta waves when conscious and alpha as we go into a healing trance state. The shamanic drum assists trance work, helping us meditate and find peace within, and also entrains our internal rhythms to the beat of the shamanic drum, creating harmonious and healing vibrations.
The drum can be used as a diagnostic and healing tool to discover imbalances, move stagnant energy and restore us to wholeness. There is no hiding from the vibrations the drum offers, and when used with the powerful healing energy of crystals in combination, we can release unhealthy energy and make space for universal love, light and healing energies to come in. Shifting resistance, shifting stagnation, you will be uplifted into a higher state of being working with these ancient shamanic tools for 2 days in ceremony.
WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?
This workshop is suitable for anyone with an interest in Shamanic Drum Healing practices, no previous experience is required as I run through all the basics, opening sacred space, cleansing and aligning your energy field, psychic protection methods as well as practical shamanic drum & crystal healing methods.
This course is ideal for anyone already working in the healing arts to enhance their skill set and deepen their understanding of how shamanic drums and crystals in combination can assist their client's spiritual healing.
This course can also be used as part of the Shamanic Practitioner Apprenticeship Training programme offered by Plant Spirit Medicine Woman.
