Returns & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to physical products purchased from the Plant Spirit Medicine Woman online shop. For course cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Course Terms & Conditions at plantspiritmedicinewoman.com/course-terms.

1. Delivery

1.1 Where we ship

We currently ship to UK addresses only. If you are based outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us at hello@plantspiritmedicinewoman.com before purchasing and we will do our best to assist.

1.2 Processing time

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your order. Orders placed after 5pm UK time will be processed on the next business day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or UK public holidays.

1.3 Shipping

We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

While we aim to dispatch promptly, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

2. Returns

2.1 Our returns window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2.2 Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it

  • In its original packaging

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened herbal products or any item where the seal has been broken, for hygiene reasons

  • Perishable goods

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Gift cards

2.3 How to request a return

To start a return, please email us at hello@plantspiritmedicinewoman.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service for any item over £30, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

2.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days. If you paid by card, please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2.5 Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@plantspiritmedicinewoman.com with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where required.

2.6 Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us as above.

2.7 Sale items

Only full-price items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.

3. Your Statutory Rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
