Soul Counsel

A space to speak honestly, reflect deeply, and seek wise, grounded counsel for your life, work, and spiritual path.

There are moments when insight alone is not enough.
When what is needed is somewhere to speak freely — without performance, hierarchy, or the pressure to be “fine”.

Soul Counsel is a relational, reflective space — held with care, clarity, and depth — for those who are navigating inner questions, outer responsibilities, or the quiet places in between.

Two Doorways into Soul Counsel

🌿 For Practitioners

Soul Counsel for therapists, healers, teachers, and space-holders.

A place to reflect on practice, ethics, boundaries, energy, and the inner life of your work — without hierarchy or judgement.

This space supports:

  • ethical and energetic clarity

  • boundary-holding and sustainability

  • navigating complexity, responsibility, and doubt

  • deepening your work in a way that is authentic and uniquely yours

Especially for those who hold others, and need somewhere they do not have to.

🌙 For Seekers

Soul Counsel for those walking a spiritual or transformational path.

A place to speak what may not yet have language — questions of purpose, healing, identity, grief, awakening, or realignment.

This space supports:

  • self-reflection and integration

  • life transitions and inner thresholds

  • spiritual experience grounded in psychological reality

  • finding your own way, rather than being told who to be

You do not need to be a practitioner to seek counsel. Only willing to speak honestly.

How This Work Is Held

This work is shaped by over thirty years of practice, study, and teaching across therapeutic, spiritual, and embodied disciplines — and by a lifelong commitment to reflection, supervision, and personal healing.

I have sought counsel throughout my own career, not because I lacked answers, but because I believe good work — and a good life — requires awareness, humility, and relationship.

Soul Counsel is not about fixing or directing.

It is about meeting what is present with clarity and care.

What Soul Counsel Can Look Like

Soul Counsel can take one of two simple forms, depending on what you need:

A Committed Container

For those who feel a longer conversation unfolding.

  • A series of six 90-minute sessions, held over several months

  • Sessions typically spaced every 2–4 weeks, depending on your rhythm and availability

  • This approach suits those in transition, deepening their work, or navigating complex questions that need time to breathe

Many people find that committing to a container allows trust, insight, and integration to deepen naturally.

As-and-When Support

For those who need counsel at particular moments.

  • Single 90-minute sessions, booked as needed

  • No expectation of continuity

  • A place to return to when clarity, grounding, or reflection is required

If you are unsure which approach is right for you, that can be part of the conversation.

Practical Details

  • Session length: 90 minutes

  • Single session: £120

  • Six-session container: £600 (paid in full at the start — one session effectively free)

Sessions are held online or in person, allowing you to join from wherever you are.

A Few Important Notes

  • Soul Counsel is not therapy in the clinical sense, though it is deeply therapeutic.

  • It is not hierarchical supervision, and there is no assessment or evaluation.

  • It is a confidential, boundaried, and ethically held space. Clear boundaries are part of the care — they are what allow depth, safety, and trust to grow.

An Invitation

If you are at a place where you need to speak honestly — about your work, your path, or what is stirring beneath the surface — you are welcome here.

Not to be fixed.

Not to be judged. But to be met.
