Free Cacao Ceremony Video: Journey to meet the Ancestors

This October New Moon we will Journey with Gongs and Cacao (optional). I will guide you through the veil to awaken our third eye within our middle realm to connect with the spirits of our ancestors.

This is a sacred time of year when we can more easily connect with those who have passed before us, our mothers and grandmothers, fathers and grandfathers. We can also connect with the spirits of those yet to be born. We must remember that our relations, our ancestors on Earth, are not just in human form, they are the animals, the plant people, the bacteria, and even the viruses - we are all related.

When we connect with our ancestors with intention, you may wish to call upon loved ones that have passed over to join you in the ceremony. To feel their presence with you once again, as divine and as grief-filled a space as this can be, it is a wonderful healing experience to feel their loving presence with you once more. They are always with us, focusing their love on us, their desires for our happiness and our success, yet we do not feel this as a physical sensation, as they are no longer here in physical reality as we are.

You may not have a strong connection to your birth relatives (or prefer to avoid them), but as we are all related, we can call upon the spiritual help that is available to us which may come from surprising sources. You may be met by an indigenous elder, a past or parallel life part of yourself, or a guide from your spiritual soul group that is not here on Earth but watches over you like a guardian angel.

As we connect to our ancestors we have the opportunity to remember our inherited or past life gifts, and potentially heal our epigenetic wounds. This healing and remembering will ripple out through time and space and change our perceptions and our reality for everyone's benefit. We do this by journeying together, with my words, I guide you on a meditation which will lead you to the middle spiritual realm that is all around us and invite you to connect to your ancestors in whatever form you desire.

The gongs and cacao will enhance your shamanic brain in its ability to connect deeply into different levels of awareness, going from Beta consciousness, through to alpha, delta and theta, the day-dream states where we are still awake yet able to vision as if in a dream. To awaken and to see with your shamanic brain what is all around us all the time, yet invisible to most of us with our eyes open. And of course, I will guide you home fully to your body again, so you can integrate the experience and bring home the gifts and wisdom to your everyday reality.
