Free Cacao Ceremony Video: Journey to meet Bear Spirit

This September New Moon we will Journey with Gongs and Cacao (optional). I will guide you through the veil into the spirit realm of the lower world, where we will call upon the spirit of Mama Bear. This time is also celebrated as our Autumn equinox in the northern hemisphere.

This is a sacred time, when we can reflect on what we have manifested this year, celebrate how far we have come, and make space for new growth too. As we go within to reflect we can call on our power animals. Especially helpful at this time is the spirit of Mama Bear, she is unafraid of the darkness, she knows how to enjoy the long sleep through winter, and she can guide us to see what we can let go of, what needs to be released, and what we can begin to manifest for the next phase in our lives. As we begin to sink deeper into the darkness of autumn and winter, as we begin to dream a new dream for our lives.

Letting Mama Bear and your power animals guide you through this sacred phase of your life's journey, can offer you new insights as to how to create the best life possible for yourself, and will always be in harmony with our Earth relations, as we journey together connecting to the path of the heart.

We do this by journeying together, with my words, I guide you on a meditation which will lead you to the lower realm and invite you to connect to your own power animals and Mama Bear. The gongs and cacao will enhance your shamanic brain in its ability to connect deeply into different levels of awareness, going from Beta consciousness, through to alpha, delta and theta, the day-dream states where we are still awake yet able to vision as if in a dream. To awaken and to see with your shamanic brain what is all around us all the time, yet invisible to most of us with our eyes open. And of course, I will guide you home again, so you can integrate the experience and bring home the gifts and wisdom to your everyday reality.
