Vortex of the Heart — A Guided Shamanic Cacao and Gong Ceremony (Cacao Optional)
Today's ceremony takes us somewhere a little different — into the vortex of our own hearts, all the way through to a magical garden on the other side, a place of healing, infinite awareness, and connection to our own deepest desires.
If you're drinking cacao today, wonderful — we'll call in the sacred directions with it before you drink. If not, that's entirely fine too; this journey works fully either way.
Why the Heart, Why Desire
We begin by cleansing our energy field using a Kero shamanic practice, bringing our hands to our heart — an infinite portal of love and light — and drawing that power and strength into our hands, activating the heart even before the journey properly begins.
As we call in our heart's desires, we're doing more than making a wish list. We're realigning our perspective, tuning our subconscious mind towards what we actually want, rather than staying fixed on what we don't. When we keep remembering what we don't want, we can accidentally keep manifesting more of it. So this ceremony is both a process of release and a process of manifestation — empowering you to create the life you truly dream of, not the one you're trying to escape.
One thing worth holding as you enter this journey: you cannot help what you desire. It's exactly the same as the colour of your hair, your eyes, your skin — you were born this way. Your desires are your birthright. As long as you're not hurting anyone else, every desire is acceptable.
The Journey: Into the Vortex, Through to the Magical Garden
After cleansing our energy and calling in the sacred directions, I guide you into a comfortable, relaxed state before we travel — all the way into the vortex of your heart, and out the other side into a Magical Garden. There, you might notice vibrant flowers, the sound of birds and insects, fairies, or animals who want to work with you today. Whatever appears, thank it for the presence it brings.
You'll be invited to sit beneath a tree in your garden and connect with your own deepest desires. What do you really want to achieve in your life? What do you want to feel? What stories do you want to be telling in the future? Let the tree hold that with you.
When it's time to return, we call the stories of your heart's desires home with you, so you can integrate them into daily life. You'll find your way back to the golden mist, dive back through the portal, and travel across the landscapes of the Earth — the fields, forests, rivers, roads — until you land back in your body through the crown chakra.
Coming Back: Integration and Reflection
Once you're back, take some deep breaths, feel your fingers and toes, and call back any visions or memories from the journey so you can properly integrate them. I'd love you to journal as soon as your eyes are open and the ceremony has closed — write down what you perceived, what your desires turned out to be, and anything you managed to release along the way.

How to Prepare
