🧿 Mugwort helps us to activate our third eye, especially during dream time. And so we will dream together. As we rest in a safe, sacred and comfortable space, massaged by the sonic vibrations of Sorrell's symphonic gongs, and guided by Sorrell on a shamanic journey into the underworld to connect with the spirit of 'Mama Mugwort'.
🧘 Sorrell will guide us through both the science and the traditions. Together, we discover how Mugwort has been used for thousands of years by people all over the world as a medicine and a spiritual ally.

🍵 Mugwort's Alchemical Elixir. You may wish to join us in physically ingesting some Mugwort. Sip on a gently cleansing ceremonial tea at the start of our ceremony, or try the essence that is safer if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, so we can all connect with Mama Mugwort, in mind, body and spiritual form.
It is entirely optional and not necessary to enjoy and embody the experience.
