A Blessing for the Tender-Hearted

For the ones who feel held — and for the ones who feel hollow — you are not alone.

Christmas Eve has a strange magic to it.

It can wrap us in warmth — full tables, familiar faces, twinkling lights — or it can press on the places that ache and yearn for something more, or something lost.

Some people wake today feeling grateful, connected, overflowing.

And some wake with a quiet heaviness, a sense of being out of step with the world, a loneliness that sits right behind the ribs.

Sometimes that loneliness comes even in a room full of people.

Sometimes it comes when the memories rise, when someone is missing, when you feel unseen, unappreciated, or simply worn thin.

So if today feels tender for you —

  • If you’re holding it together,

  • If you’re missing someone,

  • If you’re overwhelmed,

  • If you’re silently struggling…

This message is for you.

You are not forgotten.

You are not failing.

You are human, and you are sacred.

You are a child of this Earth, and you are loved.

Tonight, I want to offer you a moment of gentleness — a tiny ritual of self-love and inner reconnection, something you can do anywhere, even if you only have a minute to yourself.

✨ A Simple 5-minute Ritual for Self-Love

You don’t need candles, crystals, or ceremony tools.

Just a quiet moment.

Just your breath.

Just your presence.

This ritual is a way of reminding yourself that you matter — that you are worthy of your own kindness, even on the nights when the world feels sharp.

1. Sit With Yourself

Find a place to pause — the edge of a bed, a sofa, the bathroom floor, your car, pretty much anywhere.

Place one hand on your chest, one on your belly.

Take one slow breath in.

One slow breath out.

Let your body soften by 1% — that’s enough.

2. A Soft Inner-Child Visualisation

Close your eyes.

Imagine the younger you — at any age. Don’t try to picture them perfectly. Just sense their presence.

Maybe you sense them sitting next to you. Maybe they stand uncertain, wondering if its safe to be here, hovering in a doorway. Maybe they appear behind your eyelids like a memory, and you sense their presence within.

Look at them with the gentleness you wish someone had given you back then.

Say softly, in your mind or whispering:

“I’m here now, I am holding you, and I love you just the way you are.”

No fixing. No analysing. Just being with them.

If it feels natural, imagine offering them your hand. Or imagine them leaning into you, perhaps even receiving a hug. Or simply feel the warmth of their presence.

Stay for a breath or two. Let it be simple.

This simple ritual practice can help our mind, body and spirit relax and soften, feel safer and braver to face the world again.

3. A Blessing for the Lonely Heart

I offer you a little extra blessing for those who would like to go deeper. Read this slowly:

“May the light within me be enough tonight.
May it warm the places that feel forgotten.
May I remember that I am seen by the universe,
even when I feel unseen by people.
May I remember my own worth,
even when others cannot hold it.
May I return to myself with gentleness.
May I be my own home.”

Take one final breath.

Release what you can.

Hold what you must.

And when you’re ready, open your eyes.

You have just given yourself the love you deserved all along.

💛 A Christmas Eve Blessing, From My Heart to Yours

Whether tonight is golden and joy-filled, or quiet and complicated, or somewhere in between…

Please know this:

You matter.

You are needed.

Your softness is strength.

Your heart is worthy of tenderness.

And even if no one else sees it tonight — I see you.

May this evening bring you exactly what your soul longs for: rest, warmth, connection, or simply the relief of knowing you’re not alone.

I’m sending you love across the miles.

Merry Christmas, beautiful heart.

You are light — always.

🌙 And When the Light Begins to Return…

In just a few days, the world will tip gently toward the light again.

And as it does, we begin the new year together with something truly beautiful.

On 3rd January, we open the 2026 ceremony circle with a heart-healing

Cacao & Rose Ceremony — a soft, devotional space for opening, mending, breathing, and beginning again.

If your heart feels tender, lonely, hopeful, curious, or simply ready to feel… You are welcome. You are invited. There is a seat in the circle waiting for you.

And if you feel called to receive deeper healing, I’m reopening the clinic doors on 2nd January. You’re welcome to book in for herbal medicine, shamanic healing, gong therapy, or a soul-led session to help you steady yourself for the year ahead.

Come as you are. You don’t need to be fixed. Just willing to be held.

🔥 And if you’re longing for a bigger shift…

For those who feel 2026 stirring something deeper — a call to transform, to shed old skins, to step into your path with clarity and courage — The Shaman’s Way begins again in March.

This year-long journey is not about achieving anything or becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you truly are. It’s about choosing you — your healing, your gifts, your voice, your path.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign, if you’ve been quietly dreaming of a deeper initiation, if you know in your bones that something is ready to shift…

Let 2026 be the year you choose yourself.

I’d be honoured to walk beside you.
