My background as a Western Medical Herbalist (BSc Hons in Herbal Medicine) allows me to ground my work in science, while my training in TCM, Ayurveda, Plant Spirit Medicine and Shamanism allows me to listen to the deeper, intuitive needs of your soul.

Your investment for this service is £140.

Nurturing Your Progress: Follow-up Sessions Healing isn't a straight line. We’ll meet regularly to monitor your progress, adjust your formulas, and if it aligns, integrate other healing modalities like Reiki, Sound Healing, Hypnotherapy, or Shamanic work as you evolve. Your investment for this service is £100.

Interim Clinical Support & Remedy Refills

Because I feel a deep responsibility for your care and safety, I treat every remedy request with the same focus as a live session. To ensure your formula remains perfectly aligned with your current state:

  • Clinical Review & Dispensing Fee: For any remedies or "top-ups" requested between our scheduled consultations, there is a £40 professional fee.

  • What this includes: This covers 30 minutes of my time to "tune in" to your case, review your clinical charts for safety, and hand-craft your bespoke medicine.

  • Herbs & Postage: The physical cost of your organic herbs and shipping will be added to this fee. Herbs vary but an average expected price is £15-20 per week’s supply

This structure allows me to give your medicine the energetic and clinical attention it deserves, ensuring you are always supported by formulas that are safe, potent, and harmonised.

    3. The Journey (Follow-Up Sessions | 75 Mins) We monitor your progress and refine your formulas as your energy shifts. Usually scheduled at 2, 4, and 6-week intervals.

    4. Interim Support & Refills Because your safety is my priority, every remedy I dispense requires a clinical review. For remedies or "top-ups" requested between scheduled sessions, a £40 dispensing fee applies (plus the cost of herbs and postage). This covers a 30-minute window for me to "tune in" to your case and hand-craft your medicine.

    5. Integrated Care To accelerate your results, we may weave in Shamanic or Sound Healing, Reiki, or Hypnotherapy as part of your treatment plan.

    6. Long-Term Vitality For stable, long-term care, prescriptions can be dispensed for up to 3 months between check-ins to ensure you remain supported and balanced.

  • There is no such thing as a "one size fits all" herbal prescription or healing path. My apothecary is a living library — a medicine chest that has grown alongside my clinical practice over thirty years. It holds over a hundred dried herbs, eighty-plus hand-crafted tinctures, and more than a hundred vibrational flower and plant essences, all organic or wild-crafted wherever possible.

    When I step into the apothecary for you, I am looking at the whole picture — blending science with spirit to support your physical body while harmonising your energetic self. Your medicine is born from a deep tuning in to your story, and nothing here is off the shelf.

    Occasionally, the price may vary slightly if a formula requires rare or high-value botanicals (such as Rose or Slippery Elm), or if we need to source a specific external product for your care. I will always keep you informed of any significant changes.
