Extraction
Not everything we carry is ours. Sometimes the pain, the patterns, or the self-doubt are rooted in old energetic imprints — beliefs we absorbed, emotional debris from others, or soul contracts we made in moments of fear or survival.
Extraction is the process of locating and removing these intrusive energies from the body, mind and luminous energy field. These can be heavy emotions projected onto us by others — especially those we’ve been close to — or inherited ancestral patterns. At times, we may even be carrying the presence of a deceased loved one who hasn’t fully crossed over. These spirits don’t mean harm, but they can alter the way we feel, think and show up in the world.
During a session, Sorrell works through the chakras and meridian system, tracking energetic blockages, foreign stories, and spiritual agreements that no longer serve. These are not always dramatic — sometimes they’re quiet but powerful. You might find a belief that you’re not allowed to succeed, or that love always comes with pain.
Once these energies are located, Sorrell gently and compassionately extracts them, returning you to a more authentic and sovereign version of yourself.
Illumination
After extraction, the illumination clears the imprint of the old energy and replaces it with the light of your own infinite soul. It reconnects you with your original energetic blueprint — the essence you were born with, before the world asked you to be someone else.
