In life, we often leave pieces of ourselves with others — past lovers, old friends, teachers who shaped or shamed us, parents, colleagues — anyone we’ve deeply bonded with or struggled to let go of. Sometimes, we also hold parts of them within us, carrying their pain, unmet expectations, or power over us. This creates energetic hooks that drain our vitality and cloud our sense of self.

A Journey Before the Flames
Before approaching the fire, Sorrell gently guides you on a shamanic journey to discover which soul parts or emotional hooks you’ve been unconsciously holding onto. Often, surprising figures arise — people long forgotten, relationships that seemed insignificant, or repeated patterns of over-attachment that stem from childhood wounding.
This journey reveals how and where you've poured your energy into others — sometimes out of love, sometimes out of a need to belong or be seen. In recognising these patterns, you begin the process of calling yourself back.
